Our Chef in the kitchen works following his natural attitude linked to a territorial philosophy: food must be both always fresh and of high quality such as fresh fish of our wonderful sea, vegetables and meat, trying to cook everything in the best way, without adulterating food cause of overdone and maintaining both tastes and parfumes. He realizes everything in an excellente way and arranges everything so that you can begin to relish his food before to eat it!
About the restaurant our menù has several courses: you can choose among six first courses and five second courses both at lunch and dinner, and you can taste them in our elegant dining-room with air conditioning. You have breakfast buffet in our dining-room with sea view. By our Hotel you have only to think about your desires and to communicate us when you want to wake up. We take care of the remainder.
